I am not in India. Will the timings work?

Yes, whatever they are. Most of the families I teach are not in India, so I teach at every hour of every day of the year — there are no fixed windows you have to fit around. Pick the hour that suits your child in your own timezone, including weekends, public holidays and school-night early mornings. Once you book, the confirmation and calendar invite use your local time too.
