Who pays for tutoring?

Parents, in almost every case here, and occasionally an older student paying for themselves. In some countries part of the cost is covered elsewhere — a school hardship fund, an employer’s education allowance, or a government scheme. It is worth checking if you are in the UK, the Gulf or Singapore, where relocation packages sometimes include an education allowance. Nothing here is billed to a school or third party, but an invoice is issued for every payment so it can be claimed back.
